Hof von Haackes was a small family farm for seven generations. The eye-catcher is of course the former stable, but there is a huge barn as well as a small house whose oldest part is from ca. 1780. Additionally there is a modest orchard and a field with wildflowers behind the barn. The "Gemeindehaus" (community center) is our immediate neighbour, giving the location access to a kitchen for catering and multiple bathrooms as well as room to park trailers and trucks.
