1800s Fachhaus in raw unrestored yet structurally sound condition.
The attic is built entirely out of wood and in original condition with handmade nails lining the walls where the Gerber used to work. It features wonderful lighting out of the south facing window. There are two separate attics, each with its own upper floor, and plenty of space.
The main floor consists of two open rooms with south and east facing windows. It was used in the DDR time as a home, but now only a broken kamine remains. It looks authentically wartorn and unfinished.
The ground floor has two car garages and a workshop with authentic DDR era doors and an old DDR era cash register.
100m private driveway / back yard for parking vehicles on site. The main house contains 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. Wifi coverage inside the main house and inner courtyard.
